​Main Market Square and Town Hall

​The main square of Kalisz's Old Town, rectangular in shape, where 10 streets converge — laid out in the 13th century. 
The city's location-based plan is centered on an almost perfect medieval layout. In and around the Main Market Square, you'll find important historical landmarks of Kalisz such as the Town Hall, St. Nicholas’ Cathedral, the city park, remains of the old city walls, and the Church of St. Stanislaus the Bishop and Martyr.
